Photometric Catalog for 11 Young Open Clusters in the Southern Hemisphere

Query the catalog

Description

This data-base presents a photometric catalog for 11 Young Open Clusters in the Southern Hemisphere [Delgado, A. J.; Alfaro, E. J.; Yun, J. L., 2011, A&A, 531, id.A141].

It provides identification for the parent clusters, as listed in the OCL catalog, and for very observed star in the respective fields. The 2MASS identity is included when cross checking with the 2MASS catalog provides an identification. Photometric indices in the UBVRcIc system are given with their respective uncertainties.

In addition, membership to the respective clusters is indicated, and a mass value is given for every candidate member. For PMS candidate members, values for temperature, luminosity and age are also listed.

All the membership estimates, and the corresponding values for the physical parameters are calculated four times, with respect to four different sets of MS+postMS and PMS models. The MS and postMS membership and mass, calculated with respect to ZAMS and Girardi et al. (2000) isochrones, are common to all four calculations. For the calculation of PMS membership and physical paremeters, four different PMS models are used, one in each of the four calculations.

Depending on the PMS model used, the membership and physical parameters determination for those stars located at the region where ZAMS and PMS isochrones merge with each other are different in some cases.

In total, we list four sets of membership assignments and physical parameters for 27040 stars in the fields of 11 Young Open clusters.

Updates are planed where we shall include other identifications of individual stars, when available or newly published.

The following table lists properties of the clusters: OCL number (Column 1). Other commonly used identification (2). Logarithm of age in yr, with respect Girardi et al. (2002) isochrones (3). Colour excess (4). Distance modulus (5):
